A9 Client Release

I know this isn't much but I had problems myself finding a working A9 Client. Maybe this will stop the amount of topics that request a client. This is not anything special. This is the release before I added A10 weapons, added Awake II Costumes, and made the client login screen characters dance.

yes, i pray to ***, it would be true, but im sorry i cannot waste 4 hours downloading this due to my slow internet and it will turn out to be a virus or such.

If it's a client how could it be a virus? Just replace his dekaron.exe and launcher with publicly released ones.
