Those are quite easy to make just go to your item folder in share and open your itemarmour.csv and just start a new coloum you can choose the hight,stats,level and whats not the you have to go in your texture folder and select what texture you want for it... i normally just edit some 130+ gears and make them a bit bigger and change colour. Well it's a bit late for me right now i'll make a TUT for you tomorrow with some images to help you out.
