must have:
145 wepons
130 gear
130 skills
exp 1500 i think (must get lvl 20 or higher on lvl 1 mob one kill)
drop must be fair
200 or more people on the server
dungens
If it has more than that like extra mounts or new costume armor or what it does matter it must be what i asked for or higher please.

Well, As I do not play any P-server now, and I have tried alot, I could say EG-Dekaron is the best.
It has all you asked for, also Aloken, new costumes, new mounts, and no idiotic GMs, like someone we know, right, [GM]Bullet?

I'm making my server right now. Well working on it still, but I'll have it up maby in a week or two. But I'm making doing everything I can for it. I'm going to have Aloken, Level 180 Armor, 145 Weapons, etc.
