Need help making accounts!

My friend has his server working perfectly, except for 1 thing.
He's using a test account and he doesn't know how to make more accounts.
Also how would he make registration for other people?

You can either manually make accounts or get registration page working.

For Reg Page use Xampp

To create accounts manually, go to Enterprise Manager. Go to Databases on your sql server. Go to Account Database, Tables and User_Profile Table.
Now for user_no put a number that is less than 12 characters (number only) for example 09423424323, for username your desired username and the password has to be md5hased, check a md5 converter. resident_no shud be 801011000000. Now click on execute (the exclamation mark on top).

btw I'm using teamviewer to do this on my friends computer.
