Dekaron is a MMORPG.
You can make your own A2 Dekaron private server, ofc if you are going to host it on your personal pc, you dont have to pay anything.. since all files you need are released (use Search)

Wrong, he has to pay for the electricity on the computer, i give it a 95% chance that he would need to upgrade his internet to hold the traffic for the server as well as a new modem/router to handle the traffic as well.

Then you go into hosting it off the HOST OS or VM, VM you face the issue of legal hosting vs illegal hosting (looking past the point that pservers are illegal anyway).

I'm sure either way the guy is going to want to upgrade his hardware to be able to handle the server load + have the ability to use the computer for himself when he wants.

I dont know what hardware he use actually, so i suppose that he has all requirements to host a dk server lol
