ItemSet.csv and Monster.csv is wierd

Dear people, i was editing ItemSet.csv and Monster.csv

I edit it correct indexe's, and when i add itemset index to monster.csv , replaced, i started server...etc

Logged, and tested a drop, and it won't work i tested it more times but doesn't drop that item's that i put into intemset.csv rows.

And suggestion that you had and that you have fixed?

Check your Set_dropRatio in ur itemset.csv and also the MaxitemSet(column 31) on monsters.csv , if that was set to 0 it wont drop anything. If still not working check the column 158 and 159 if u have the correct indexes based on itemset.csv ..

1 more question. i started learining exchange.. now where i must find when i click on npc it shows me job, but where is this storred i tryied it on string_job and string_jobtype it doesn't not work

BUT WHY IT DROPS ONLY AK ITEMS?, THAT IS WIERD, I TRY SET MAXITEMSET NOW 1 MONSTER MORE ITEMS BUT ONLY AK, I ADDED MORE SETITEM INTO MONSTER.CSV COLLOMUS ALSO IN ITEMSET.CSV IS ADDED ALL ITEMS, But again same problem... thanks

If im not mistaken u can set the maxitemset until 15

about the exchange just try to edit this:
1st = exchanged.csv
2nd = npc
3rd = stringable_exchange

and the last one if u want a random drops u can set those indexes on other mobs.. Like making a random drops on each mobs..

You have a problem in the client or whatever it is, something is blocking the items You should check, good luck bro

No, that's just stupid. If you knew how to add drops to monsters you wouldn't say something like that.

itemset is really simple.

if you tell it that only 5 items are in the dropset that you have (but you put 20 items in the set) only the first 5 items will drop.

if you tell it that you have 1000 drop ratio for 36 items but the first item has 1000 as its drop ratio then only the first item in the set drops.

im not giving any more information on drops because its all really simple. and if you can't figure out what is wrong then maybe you should take a look at working drops/monsters and figure out where your new drops went wrong.


@whoever was saying MaxItemSet -
MaxItemSet (in monster csv) only multiplies the drop ratio. It's a manual way of doing 2x+ drop rate, not how many sets drop.
