how to make a gm account

hi all.

i have followed guides and video tuts
and nothing is working all the changes i make to the character in the server database doesnt work i just get the same error as in the video tut

can any1 help me please.

make a normal character and then rename him in database. example:
go in your account and make a summoner wit the name 'ex6tenCe'
log out, go in the database and rename him to '[GM]ex6tenCe'
now its a GM char

in the character tabel right?
i tryed that and it doesnt want to work.

it just does this

Its simple like stated above....Make u a char with regular name....Make sure u log into the game so the name goes into the databse. Then go to SQl and go to user_character and find ur char name....Once u have ur char name put [GM] in front of it and enter the data. Log back into game and u will be a GM

First off, you're running it in a Virtual Machine, I should shoot you for that. Second, I should shoot your testicles for running it on Windows XP. Windows Server 2003 would've been a by far, better choice.

Restart the MSSQL Services. Make sure there is only one copy of the SQL Browser open. If that doesn't work, then you ****** something up, and need to start over.
