Upgradable items +10-+12

Hey first of all I wanted to thank everyone who gave input into my NPC blacksmith question. I finally figured out what I did wrong and got it working so thanks for the tips!

Now I'm trying to get +10-+12 upgrading to work. I have everything working to where I put in another gold argate, and I'm able to hit "Reinforce". When I do that it goes through, but it always says it failed. It leaves behind the weapon, argate, and talisman that was used in the fortification, saying "This item cannot be fortified anymore." I put in the +10 option in the itemweapon.csv.

Any help and tips on what could possibly be wrong are appreciated!

you edited all?
the weapons etc the blacksmith himslef of course.. aw should be about 4 files i think

Yeah, well apparently I didn't edit all the ones I needed to lol. I did the itemweapon.csv, itemupgrade.csv, stringtable_itemupgrade.csv. I need to edit the npc.csv itself too right or no?
