Have used query manager with the sn.txt yet? Looks like that could be ur problem or you need to be using hamachi because if your using a normal pc the chances are you wont have a static ip address.

Havent saw the pictures but yeah the sn sql query is a MUST. Also you can host a server/website on a normal computer with dynamic Ip adress even without hamachi and static ip adress

You just have to know how

Need more info on the problem.

Is this a error when your trying to start the server?
Make sure your using the right files!
You using sql 2000?

ok! look at pictures first dudeand it when i run those stuff thr dbmon.exe and etc
just look at pics and ull see

Look at the Right site on ur Task-bar u dont have Internet dude o,o ?

When u want to made a server than u need
Hamachi or a Dedi.
and befor u open all servers u must made all with SQL "right"....
than u must do the SN.txt on ur SQL Query Analyzer and save it.
chek it first-'than u must put ur "Hamachi or Dedi" Ip on all config.ini on the servers.
and than run all servers

than it must work

look in config.ini i puttd my hamachi ip but still the same and can it be cus my comp is suck?
