[Help] With Makeing PServer on Vista

Can somebody help me im makeing a privete Server on vista and it dont work at all.... if somebody can help me on TeamViewer please add me on msn

Use VMware and it will works fine.

I did make a server with vista and it will work. But downside is
-server will crash every couple hours (1-3)

So i wouldnt suggest making in vista and if you really want to. Before making server in vista disable all aero color schemes and chagne ur vista theme to windows nt theme and disable everything else that might take up a lot of ur resources and unless u have 4-6gb ram with a core 2 duo dont even think about making a server in vista.

Processor: AMD Turion(tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-70 2.00GHz
Memory (RAM): 5.00 GB
System type: 64-bit
And i just need somebody that can get on TeamViewer and help me do it i can do set up any server but this one gives me problums if somebody can log onto teamviewer with me let me know please

You cant Install MSSQL 2000 on 64 Bit system. With other version of MSSQL the server cant run correctly

i dont suggest you make a server in vista reason server will keep crashing which will make ppl not like your server so its better if u dual boot ur vista with xp on a different partition with 50GB of space. Its really easy to dual boot vista with xp, check around some tuts online.
