u can spawn them is if u add them into the itemset, then into your creature.csv. Other then that u would need to dbase edit them into ur inventory

unfortunately thers no gm-ingame-command like: /gm spawnitem or something

u can use web gmtools to send any item to ur char. u can find it in here somewere.
