Need help please

i need sum help i got my server working so far and when i launch

MsgServer[1.3.0].exe

i get this


This application failed to initialize properly (0xc000012d). Click on OK to terminate the application.

did you check your firewall

it wasent my firewall i fixed it was because i dident have sql sp4
