Ok,if you followed Sergcool's video,He forgot 1 thing,to edit the Data.pak
please edit the data.pak ip's with your ip..i dont exactly remember the ip u need to remove but i had the exact same problem till i found out sergcool forgot to show that you need to edit the ip's through winhex...
