Help - Making wings upgreadable
Hi guys, i'm trying to make wings upgreadable at pablos.. I've edited client and server exes in the right way. I've also added wings at Itemupgrade.csv and at Itemarmor/weapon.csv .
I cant still upgrade wings at pablos.
If someone could help me, i'll be very grateful. I'll make a tutorial if i get it working.

You added a WINGS section to the executables (with the ID, I'm assuming), WINGS to itemupgrade.csv, and rows to itemweapon.csv (with before/next level entries), and Pablos still won't accept them?
Because that's exactly what I've done and I have the same problem.

You mean type and code? All weapons are type 4, but the codes differ for each weapon type. All armors are 5 and wings are 6 (with the code being 1).
You can see it in the executable like this: MOV DWORD PTR DS:[EDI+100],601
I just added the new section with 601 in it, keeping wings as the same type and code. Are you saying/suggesting we change it to 40x and update the wings in itemweapon.csv to match that? Because they'd still be 601 in the item area of the executable. I guess we could change it there as well, but at some point they'd stop being wings and just become weapons.

I hope it's that simple, but if you change the type and code completely, what's going to tell the game that they're still wings, meant for the top slots, and not weapons?
I'm kind of assuming it's the 40x/50x/60x doing that. :S

I used 505 on my exes, and 5 as type in itemweapon.
Pablos can upgrade wings, but you cant wear them as wings(they become armors in my case, since 50x is for gears and 40x for weapons, thanks to SkadIller for the hint.)... something else should be edit.

So we have to use 60x in the exe and 6 as type. Becuz otherwise armors/weapons could be put in the spot of talismans, wings etc.

Ugh, there has to be something we can edit that allows items other than weapons and armors to be fortified. Maybe the new executables have a clue, seeing as how rings can be upgraded (unless that uses a different system; I'm not sure how things work anymore on official).

Logically i think you gonna have to use a different number like you mentioned 404, 505, maybe different number, then assign that number in the exe for wings. idk haha im not good with asm.

Thats what i did, i assigned that 505 number to the wings in exe, but Pablos still doesnt accept wings, then I changed the type in 5 and pablos accepted them, but they become armors (in my case).

I've done that modification also to my server.exe (Ofc, server.exe has different Offsets)
I've added RING, WINGS and NECK_WEAR lines to itemupgrade.
I've moved rings, wings and necks to itemweapon, and edited properly BeforeLevelIndex/NextLevelIndex.
And i cant still put any of these items to the Item upgrade spot at Pablos. (Pablos doesnt accept them)
Any idea about what i'm missing?
