How to create server Video Pls

Hi guys,

can someone pls either post a link to a video tutorial or upload 1 pls.

the links in the other Threads aren't working any more when i click on them so pls re-upload or post a link to working video...thanks.....

also can some1 change the .swf files to say like .avi cause my comp cant play them types of files.

just because the links work dude doesnt mean i can play them file types
