What, aren't you happy? The client has ver 4.5+ so you can extract and get all u need, mesh, anim, skel, effect, texture, info... And if you don't like taht, you can go to:

I think all those have 4.5, and dekaron KR has action 5... you can extract the data.pak (or pack.d0* , just use another extractor) youll find the files needed there.

ok i added the new skills a cpl day ago but when i start the server it says wrong title combo index ne 1 no what the problem is??

Edit:just for you to know, there are d01, d02, d03 and d04. There is no d08.
