[Help]Set up ODBC for WebReg

any1 can tell or show me how to set up ODBC for the webreg..i keep on getting error when trying to register an id..the error seems that it cannot connect to my sql database..

a complete tut on setting up webreg is better if any1 is so kind to do it..thanks

1. Go to control panel:

2. Click on Administrative Tools

3. Click on Data Sources (ODBC)

4. Click on a System DNS tab

5. On the right press Add

6. From the List of drivers select SQL Server then Press OK

7. Name: account
Description: "Anything you want"
Server: local
Press Next

8. On This step leave everything as is

9. For the Default Database choose: account

8. Then FINISH...........

i hav few more questions, where should i paste the webreg files..?is it in the htdocs?
if yes, after i paste there and set the config and register.php, can i now register new account..?
i heard that i need to install php.exe and etc..i'm confused..
i cannot try now coz i'm formating my server pc now..

just download xampp.....and intsall it.....install the apache service only...start the service...put all the reg files in xampp/htdocs.....

i'm using wampserver that consist apache,mysql and php..i put all the files in the apache/htdocs..but still the same prob..

i cannot use this wampserver..?

i'll reinstall and try xampp..thanks

Its working only for my computer.Only I can make accounts.How can people access the register page?
