When i make a basic hax editing nothing happening i used that old tut maded by MrTwister.Can anyone tell me where i make the mistake?

i can make vac in UCE but i cant find adress to make the non agroo...Ca u help me?I dont know how find the non-agroo adress =/

if u cant make it working by(editing data or UCE) then use Scripts it shud work. try to search im sure u'll find.
