after reinstalling the whole package also with hamachi im still getting this error now but i didnt touch ODBC yet This sint in the video should I try another DB?? Im using the one that come wiht the english server files

try increase your virtual memory and what is your ram size?

only 2gig on that comp i incresed the VM at 3g as recommended still getting same error....

i see u use winxp, so vmware is not neccessary. i'm using WinXP with 2GB ram run perfectly at the same pc.

since u formatted your pc, 1433 port is still open?

yep still open i reinstalled sql+critical security update then did everything in the video my server setup is good i juts dont know Can you tell me about your ODBC?? and which database did you used??im out of idea seriously xD

master database. the default one.

1) under ODBC User DSN, add SQL ...

2) type anything for the name ... description can leave it blank and for server choose your server.

3) select sql authentication and put your login name (default is sa) and password.

4) select save to master database

5) no changes.

btw, have you set your sql (under login\user) as db_owner?

k i did the odbc to master db and yes my user got db_owner cheked i still dont know about that remote problem i tryed messing with the linked server error ..nothing i put everything back im still getting the same error always did you used the db provided with the english server files??

dam anyone can provide some help only mytho??? ive been working on these problem for like 3 days...this isnt a setup problem this is probably a sql server setting like when i put my tcp/ip protocol to fix the SP_GUILD error...im stuck here again -.-

ps: I tryed the other files with the 0 account working database setup is good again getting same error remote linked server LSV_DKRACNT

is your problem fixed?

saw this picture, aren't your setting is toward localhost/your server name?

yeha problem fixed now I still need your help can you tell me how to update my data.pak thgrought ct ?? Well i saw that just changing the rate server sided change also the client one no data.pak editing but i dont know for the others things so im asking

when u finish set odbc, what is your odbc test result, success?

is your login name and password same with odbc??

but for more precise, what and where is the problem you are facing?
