Exchange question

Heey, i added a new npc which exchange item i have a +0 ring and in there u can trade your +0 for a +1 but everytime i try to trade it it says in chat :

"Not Enough Exchange Item"

what cud this prob be?

what about the required item index?, did u set it to zero or something, im not really sure since i never messed with exchange that much.

I think the problem is on exchange,
You added right the lines?
Make sure your ring is on invectory and u dont wear it :/

i kinda think it work xD haha it wasnt on the exchange..
