[Problem] Can't Create Character.

before you know the problem you must understand that, i've been searching for 2 days without finding anything..

this vid will make it all easier to understand my problem.
AND YES I HAVE TRIED ALL THE **** DB CLEAN FILES I FOUND.
No one here but i only found on DK underground, wich do work maybe but
i have no idea wahts the problem.

you have deleted from the db character in tab, user_character:
