Problem with internet explorer

after installing the 2000x "fun" server everytime i open an IE window there says a weird message at the top next too google - or youtube -

Most of pservers got function in logintool that it makes their site your main site in your internet browser, but for me not, cause I have an program which ask me if I want to change the registry values or not, and shows what is wanted to change

search for regedit
Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Right click on Window Title, modify, then change name.
