Try disabling your firewall or virus protection system. Make sure you don't have files from two different pservers in one folder that could mix up files and mess them up. Do you have vista or XP?

Also, try running the file from the desktop. It looks like this: Instead of running the file from the folder.

yeh i've tried that
it did the same thing
tried updating the bin, got to 13/14 and stopped
left login tool there and nothing came up
i tried reinstalling
i tried renaming folder then installing there
i've tried pretty much everything :/
