Cant even start game

I download the correct client, checked various times, and the patcher.
I patch. I put logintool in folder where everything is, and execute it.

I wait, but whilst the red bar at the bottom of the logintool is complete, the green bar stays at half.

No servers appear, only some words in strange symbols that are not chinese.

Can someone help me please???

r u talking about the 100x server?because if you are their is a new logintool their that u might want to download(dont know if they put the link to the new logintool in the first page so u might have to look for it)the post is called TuT 100 server
