So I guess its still doing that check, like in the old LT, just without the ?????????????...

What it is doing is it downloads the correct data from the server and checks your data.pak if its the same, if its not, it auto-replaces it. Its called a CRC check. BUT, when I try to download smth from china, the speed is 0.5-5kb/sec AND UNSTALE, if I download something my download keeps getting disconnected and stuff... (100kb/s-300kb/s from USA, 500kb/s from europe, and 6mb/s from lithuania) So, I think the data to be checked is like 1MB. So on the ??????????????? screen and now without it, the logintool is downloading 1mb from china every time. But is my connection to china is 3kb/s than 1000kb/3=333sec.... The crc checks for 333 seconds wich is over 5 mins... And due to my un-stable connection with china, the crc check often failsand it doesn't load at all. UGH!!!!!!!!! I hate internet in lithuania. This is the fastest internet here... -.-''

i used the new logintool.exe
i cant see the server selection in the logintool.exe
it just load in a half bar this the error

go here then look on the left side there will be 4 bars click the top 1 dont use download manger it downloads the index so download it normaly. the dl speed is ok im dling from2kb-5kb/sec.. it will take a while but it will work
