Trial and error is a gratifying thing. If you spend long enough studying the material you will actually learn it. Once you learn it then you can do it yourself no problem. Just keep messing with values until you get it right, just make sure to backup your files first.

Good luck on that one man. Not many people will just take time to add a video tut on how to do something, witch to my understanding is all ready a sticky. Just read carefully and do its step buy step. Like Warmonger said, "trial and error".
