anyone got a guide for dekaron unpacked updater

jus wondering if somone can post a working dekaron unpacked auto updater
like example what is needed like filezilla or how to set it up . instead of posting stuff that dosnt give u full detail on wat is needed and so forth . most of the stuff i look at either are outdated or has missing links , or jus shows half baked explanations that dont make sense any help would b much appreciated. email me anytime

OK so here is what you need

Xampp

Attention to detail

and

use port 80

setup the update.ini and make sure both client and web server side match

put the update folder into the htdocs folder

put your updates into the updata folder in the way you want the client updated ie data/share/*

then run the update_creator and your output will be in the 7z folder

take the files out of the 7z folder and make a new folder in your update folder in your htdocs on your web server (xampp) name the new folder like this 10.01.01 and put the files that were in the 7z folder into that folder

Now open your history.config on your webserver and enter in 10.01.01 then the number of files you put in. So if you have 10 updates it would look like
10.01.01 10

now if you setup your client side to read the webserver your updates will download and upate your client i hoped i helped and if you have any issues or questions post back.

That's a common error with that launcher that hasn't been fixed. Just try to dis-regard it, it's not an issue.

i folowed the guide still not working . did u include everything you used to make it work like which files goes into the client folder . i can get it to say updated . but it dosnt actully update anything i know my port is working because httdocs shows in launcher the html screen . well if anyone got a solution like a detail word for word guide explaining wat each file is suppose to be set up for a unpacked client updater thnk u . contact me at plz

Ok so my guide is off my a little bit your update has to be in 6 digit format for some reason

so use 10.01.10 and it will update
