when ever i try to create a [GM] character for my server it doesnt stay
does anyone know why this happens

You need to add his name to the anti GM tool BEFORE you create him otherwise it will auto delete it. But if your just messing around with it you can just remove the anti gm

do i need to create a character first on the server then add it too the anti GM tool
then go into the character thingy and mess around with the stats and what not?
and if i take off the anti gm tool can i still create a [GM] character?

You have to have the [GM]name added to anti GM before making the character.
If you are just messing around then do as Skorne42 said.
you can also just add, say 5 random [GM] names ie. [GM]1, [GM]2, [GM]3.
