Hmmm good Question.
But if you look the others, ( I'm looking in itemweapon.csv ) you can see thst the 110 weapons are set to like 35,35,30 and those are the L4 weapons, so just mess around with them. It will not take long to find out what you can or can not do^_^
But I'm really glad you asked this Question, now I'm going to mess with it and see what pops up ^_^

Well, I have time tomorrow to do some testing on it, but I think what it does is drop that item with a %chance of 1 to 4 socket? not sure but I will ^_^

So yeah that what it is, the max sockets is (4) have mine set at 35,35,30 and that seems to be
rate 1-100 I'm assuming, my remote connection is to slow to do more testing so when I get hame I think I'll make a tut on this as well. just what each column does, I have a few tuts I'm working on so I'll just throw that one in too ^_^
