You have to add options in the itemarmor.csv like this:

1) Open the itemarmor.csv that i added

2) You will see 10 ID s for this item (for example):

39080 Vestio Gloves
39081 Vestio Gloves +1
39082 Vestio Gloves +2
39083 Vestio Gloves +3
39084 Vestio Gloves +4
39085 Vestio Gloves +5
39086 Vestio Gloves +6
39087 Vestio Gloves +7
39088 Vestio Gloves +8
39089 Vestio Gloves +9

3) Now take a look at the Rows : Option index1 & Option value1

at Vestio Gloves,Vestio Gloves+1,Vestio Gloves+2,Vestio Gloves+3 is nothing added

at Vestio Gloves +4 is added : Option index1 = 49 // Option value1 = 3

That means:

from +0 - +3 they have no extra Options
at +4 the Gloves have +3% Crit

(optionindex 49 = +% Crit // Optionvalue 3 = 3% )
