same problem here, I was starting to think that maybe I have an error with my info =X
the REG page says -

# 信息输入错误：找回密码答案小于10位，请返回重新输入
and when I tried some new infos it says
# 信息输入错误：只能用英文大小写字母数字的组合作为密码
# 密码长度不能大于12位
# 找回密码答案小于10位，请返回重新输入

no clue what that means :x
anyways same problem here dude, I really hope server are down and they'll come back soon..
