Steps 3&4 is to find the offset of the monsters. So starting from the offset is probably level 1 monsters then to whatever monsters. Then you just change the numbers. 5&6 tells you.

right above the dds is the numbers your supposed to be editing upwards so your in the right section just scroll up some

5.Find a monster ID such as 2064..:

6.Change number to:

ugh >< if you cant figure this out the way its been explained i dont know if you ever will , but you need to find the monster id's that you want to edit and edit those specific mobs that one offset doesnt specify a monster your using it as a bookmark to find the end of were the monster csv begins

Starting from that offset, you find the monsters address and change them.

The tut doesn't tell you change what to what lol...You're showing us change the 2 digit numbers to 9 and then the consecutive numbers part...I don't really get why it's like that lol. As in the 4,3 to 999...I don't get that part.
