From what map do I go 0:0 to get to the Ruins? Cause i tried North Morte and it tele'd me to the newbie dungeon..

To get to the 130 map go to north morte and go to top left corner at 0:5

rofl thats not all, u first have to change some things in data.pak...But most ppl dunno coz they always just used the arrange folder for their 2moons or dekaron EU

That's y i didn't say that, if he don't know ow to reach it, it means that he hasn't read the tut (or he doesn't know how to make it work even with tut).
