Problem with the Tz2moons

so thats my problem with the Tz2moons server :
i log in
AND INSTANTLY DISCONNECT
all the time ... most of the time i cant even get to my char screen
im using the tz2moons client with vacc etc reuploaded by sdo2008
im living in germany
i already sitched off msn icq everything the could increase my ping
my neighbour has an even slower internetconnection than me and an average ping of 600 he nearly never ever gets disconnects or whatever hes didnt change anything on his internet configuration to play or whatever so wh the **** is m ping above 10000 all the time and i disconnect every 5 seconds while his ping is so **** low ?
is there anything i can change or a prog that allows a faster or better connection or a lower ping ?

i guess because if the vack issues, try not to use the vack patch

its not because of that i used the dekaron eu one with the patch before without vacc or anything it didnt change anything

well i guess most issues is coming from Eu client, Anyway, try out my patch i had upload.

i cant start client... i get an error if i click on the minilauncher... i clicked instantly

I used both the China client and the EU client for this server and I get the same ****** ping all the time that makes me look like I'm FPS lagging when FRAPS show that it's on 30 FPS. I get 600 ms all the time even though I'm living in Asia, and sometimes it can spike up to 30k ms.
