Aloken weapon

Aloken weapon

Hi guys,

aloken weapons are made based on azure's right?
that is reason i cant make aloken DEX based? i need to remake weapons based on bow/xbow to get DEX stats working?
and ofc its in EXE ?
more work?

No, you can change the stats requirement in itemweapon i think, its been awhile so i don't remember exactly.

Weapon will require DEX, but Aloken wont get attack/damage by putting stats into DEX.

Character gets attack/damage from DEX only if weaping bow/crossbow, so my theory is - remaking aloken weapon from Hunter weapon (now its made from azure right?).

no? it was made from scratch... it has no correlation with an ak weapon.. you can easily change the required stats or the damge given by the weapon. not sure about how to make the aloken make dmg with dex.

Chaning weapon requirements didnt help.
Pcclass.csv DEX_RANGEDAMAGE_RATIO doesnt respond into this Aloken weapon, because weapon isnt 'range' type.

change required dex to 0
change required str to what required dex was.
repeat for rest of weapons?

You didnt understand me correctly. I want make STR aloken into DEX aloken.
Weapon requirement is easy. Hard part - how to make aloken get damage/attack by increasing character DEX stat!

It was already checked there, and I didn't see anything related with what he needs, so I think it is in EXE

Maybe the client exe or share because i've use a lot of clients/shares in my life time and I had 2 client that were different , i mean like one's aloken is str and another one's dex. Im 100% sure it is not the server side exe.

I just tested it, 2 different alokens one is with dex and one with str it change based on the client. Im using the same serverexes for both clients.

yeah, what clients did u use? and how did u know which was str and which was dex based? honestly i just cant believe it, since dmg is calculated server side the server would need to know which type its calculating, so what would be the point of having to put each class type in the server exe if thats all arranged in the client?

Hellspider or Seph would know for sure, so let this be for them since we are at a technical disagreement, i am interested to know which one it is now . . .
