Ok I played the 10x My characters name was Beast was a summoner in WarAndRetribution guild but ya I wanna play another server since the 10x one is down or whatever so whats the enxt best one?
Seriously, 30x is sorta over-doing it, really (not to talk about 100x). Everyone on that server have probably reached the level cap in a 2 days. 10x is already alot, much less 30x, 50x, or 100x? Geez. Talk about lazy.

"Talk about lazy." why dont you go play 2Moons or Dekaron EU then?
2moons lags in europe depending on where u are in eu or ur provider, and dekaron eu sucks :P a 10x serv would be ok lvling is realy easy now 30x would mean max lvl in a few hours if u know what ur doing abit
