[help] non cool down in skill

i play 10x server and i wanna to do no cool down in skill...

how i can do it ?

The cooltime is serversided no way to change it...

but you can make the skills faster so its possible to cast the skills 5 more times (depends on skill and class) till the serversided cooldown starts.

Tut for it already exist in the board.

i know this tut but does it really work there? Isn't the cast-time serversided too?

i dont think that the cast is serversided too because u can increase ur speed atk so...
