go into the lvl 35 area in parca shrine and see if its working for you

what the ****, i see what your saying
it was working on all maps last night, did they update their servers or somthing?
im going to investigate

Well.. im not surprised its not working.. You have only changed the info.csv and not the monster.csv! The info.csv is the 'VacDis' and in the monster.csv you can change so they follow you.. But it not working when i try to edit

it was working, i had 15 monsters latch onto me making my way to crespo dungeon, monsters going through the walls to attack me in parca from the 35 area, i either missed or messed something up that i need to fix or they updated something

At first i want to say THANKS to evopso. He made the english patch + the vachack (also including wallhack and a little buggy speedthingie). All credits go to him!
I just made a .rar file out of those 2 folders + readme for thoses who have no clue what to do with that stuff :p
Read the readme, it explains everything.
I suggest to not use the vacfolder outside the dungeons.
