Searching a Dev

Hi guys..i am searching for a DEV that wanna join into a dekaron server staff.

I'll get a dedicated,when server is ready.
We got the other staff members(Co-owner,GFX Designer,Forum Moderator,GM-s,etc..)

Let me tell you something lmao, first of all only noobs will volunteer because they want to mess around on a dev character. Second deving is a hard work, not like other positions, like GMs all they do is be online in game and do events and take care of questions from players, same goes for mods. GFX only when you need some pictures. What about devs?, they are the whole reason why servers are alive. Without them there will be no one to fix bugs, or add new stuff. They are the onces that actually do work. No experienced dev will happily work for you for free. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just letting you know how things goes here.

I'm working at Evolution for free because i DEV in my free time, I'd never even take money for it. I already helped so many people to make them a test server and they offered me all money and I didn't take it.

Also I haven't seen a server yet which gives u anything if you DEV for them.

Just sayin'. :P

Why would we get something wow? I don't understand your guys logic, is this our work? Are we professional Developers for a Big *** Company which gets a million of cash every month? We work for **** private servers where we do everything for fun and not for the cash.

We aren't a Big Company, so why would we get cash for something we do for fun?

in my opinion if somebody like them work then can work for free like [DEV]Harmony and be best in the developing, and if somebody dont like him work so he should leave the work because he never will be a professional in his job(BioNicX)

i agree with harmony...and btw the reason why i am doing the server is for fun,anyway we kinda forgot the reason of the post xD...still didnt found a dev
