CAN"T CREATE NEW CHARACTOR

i have
DEKARON1000010 [DEV]CONCERRA 19999999999991 0
DEKARON1100001 [DEV]SEGEURIPER 19999999999991 0
already in data base

and i have

WHEN 10 THEN 'H'
WHEN 11 THEN 'I'
ELSE 'Z'
END

in procedures sp.char_create already

but when i create new character for concera or segeuriper
i go empty dialog box massage and can't to create character

and when i presss the button again i got error " Other player used this name"

how to fix that problem

you have to edit the dekaron.exe

you have done this wrong:
DEKARON1000010 [DEV]CONCERRA 19999999999991 0

should be:
DEKARON7000001 [DEV]CONCERRA 19999999999991 0
DEKARON8000001 [DEV]SEGEURIPER 19999999999991 0
