Hi, I am currently working for a private server that is in need of good coders and developers. Presently, we have one developer. I am one of the administrators, and am asking for any of you who know deving and coding enough to enhance our team. Please reply to this post or msg me.

I would love to join and help out as much as i could i could be gm i know how to do events an such an enforce rules i use to be a gm for a few games till i quit and gave my postion away but i would love to help you out

Thank you Zombe. You saved me some looking around for details on this guy.
I'm afraid we will not hire hackers or users that use secondary programs to have a beneficial game play. I mean, seriously. If you are going to play a game, why cheat?

If we can get some of the best devs, we have unique ideas and already some unique systemes working on our server. Once our dekaron server is launched we will be working on a Cabbal server.

you know...ppl are usually coming to elitepvpers to search for hack's or create them...you said that you will not hire hackers then why the heck are you searching for staff members here??

Not all.
Many people come on elite to learn or share things they know. Many developers get their name out on this forum. Now indeed this is mostly about hacking, but it isn't all about it. Now the private server section is usually about private servers. Usually, people play private servers because the original game is hard, private servers are easier and faster, and you also have more options. Now who is lame enough to hack on an already unhardened game? That's just ridiculous. I understand those that hack on originals, they like having avantages.

Don't start flame wars or I'll have to close this thread. Look around the forum there is a handful of Devs that are ready to help you with any project, as I said, just look around.

Just a suggestion. You shouldn't move on after you've started a dekaron server. There is always room for improvement and there is always some way you can make the server better. If you stop providing updates players will start to leave. Not to mention there is constantly new stuff coming out from Dekaron Korea that you can add. Knowing Cabal, there is tons of stuff to that game as well. It would be really hard to be able to maintain two game servers at once, especially if you want them to be successful.

I'm already working with a server, but if you ever need some help I don't mind helping. Feel free to message me with your MSN. I know it looks like I'm new here but I'm 911Hacker, that other epvp account got banned and I'm waiting for an admin to fix it.

"the best devs" isn't here...A lot of good devs are working for other servers.

I didn't explain myself correctly. I would move on. I'm and administrator, but only take care of doing the graphics and managing it with the head staff. "move on" as in I would start working on the graphics for another server. Also, when I said "best devs", i was completely off. We need devs that are good in specific fields such as editing skills (not textures) and adding things such as maps, mobs, etc.
