can anyone help me out some of the skills dont work wen used plus i cant learn the lvl 51 fire skill...anyone got anyway to get round this?

lol skills for mage lvl 58/72/98 Bugged and if u cant learn lvl 51 skills its ur client problems try to reinstal hope its helps u =) HF

i clik the link and the torrent starts downloading but iv left it for a while now and its still at download rate of 0 kb/s like the links dead or something
