You can run it on anything based off the NT kernel up to Vista. That pretty much leaves your options to Windows XP and Server 2003. You could possibly host it off a virtual machine with Windows XP/2003 on top of a Linux distro. Tho im not sure if the server will work properly with virtual ports.
