Look in data\share\item and open you itemupgrade file. Search for the guardarm lines and see if there is anything out of place. Compare and see if they look similar the the lines above them.

if they are completely messed up then replace the file with one from another client.

That means you gotta edit Dekaronserver.exe to make it read those lines, not just GUARDARM , ALOKENSPEAR as well.
