What it should be

A new Dekaron Era is just around the corner i have been working hard on a new server full of features and perfect to fit the needs of many? Right now i am entering the beta testing mode the server will be A lower rate server making the max level of 250 harder to get. Deadfront every 3 hours siege every week! This is what Dekaron has been needing We are looking for staff and a ton of players post below an app or your vouch to play!

Siege,Deadfront,Totems,Aloken,Pets,mounts,Good Exp Rates, Great socketing and plusing rates, No latency since Database and the actual server are hosted in LAN but diff servers Ask if you have any questions thats just the basic...

im sorry harmony since when did every other server offer low rates? I'm trying to offer something new to the community i actually appreciate your work and would like for you to join if you'd want.

I'm not talking about the low rates, I mean totem's aloken and etc. Custom content means for me custom quests, custom armor&weapon merchants, new gem and etc merchants. Maybe an achievement system, or even using the supply points from vouchers. Anyways if you haven't noticed my avatar, I'm already working for evolution.

Oh... u wanted to know custom stuff.... AH... yeah from the custom side of things we have ideas that are easy to implement but i don't like to announce them because then if somebody like evolution would implement first then it wouldn't be OUR idea get what i mean

Well if you posted them here, you would have a post stating the exact time @ date of your idea existing. So if they implemented it, it would be "stealing your ideas". So spill the beans.

I know he meant having the features exist on his server first. But being the original creator of the idea. I'm sure he would be able to do a much better job at creating it. And I don't think the Evo staff is too fond of stealing other peoples ideas. Tho it would help promote his server for players to know of whats to come in future patchs.

Well, it'd be nice for them to start. Considering the many bugs plaguing their server, and the lack of updates that fix them, they need all the help they can get.

devphoenix21, I wish you luck with your server. Just some pointers, if I may:

1. Don't make your Aloken OP. 75% physical resistance for 15 seconds is OP. 1,300 defense on a +9 Guardarm is OP. Abnormality and defeat resistance buffs are OP. Try to find a happy medium between the original effect of the buff and the percent chance of it actually occurring. Don't just throw in a bunch of numbers all willy-nilly-like and call it a day.

2. Concentrate on making your server the best it can be, not just adding unique shit to help it stand out.

3. Forget that last part from #2 and add some unique shit. Little things, like enhanced visual effects or a new UI, would go a long way with getting players. Don't go overboard, like replacing the socket visual effects with massive bubble clouds that in no way reflect the type(s) of element being used in the weapon (or shield). Once you're familiar with all that, try your hand at revamping skill effects and adding new visual cues for buffs.

4. Dead Front. Don't go leaving the Doom maps in drop tables while offering the rest through Pablos. Either make use of the vouchers, offer them all, or make them all drop. Keep it consistent so players aren't struggling at the last second to grab a map.

5. Starting maps: Allow players to choose between two maps. No, not Ardeca and Ardeca (and no, don't bother getting crafty with the UI to only show one Ardeca). Disable personal shops in those maps, leave them enabled in the map you're not currently using, give it a nice level requirement and you'll have an easier time when it comes to low levels continually spamming.
