Put the server normally how they do it all, along with the creation of install MS-SQL databases and doing what you taught me in the past two years, and continue to learn new things.

Quite simple if your running the server on the same computer you plan on playing on then just change all the IP's to 127.0.0.1

If you have a dedicated machine and only wish for you to connect then just change the login port to something random (ie 30293).

do you understand what you say without installing the server files.

Do you have server on other machine?

Please explain this "without installing the server files"
