Why not?

Ive seen other Chinese client Pservers that have translated the language etc so all the npcs, skills, monsters, etc are in english.

thats because some1 has taken the time on the other servers to go in and change everything little detail of the .csv files to english no1 has done that yet on this server

No mate, there is no new patch just that it might be the solution for some players on the forum cause when trying to download the earlier patch a portion of it was cut off.. So patching didn't work as it should've been doing.

@ Layziiwun - You could try the new patch tho, that could maybe solve it

Else there is more links somewhere in this thread that people uploaded. Try that, cuz that's what I did and got it to work.

@ xian ~ When I get that error I just keep on trying about 5-6 times maybe and it'll work. Hope you get it working too!

I'd say re-install the dekaron client.
