OK a freind of mine is trying to get in and hes getting an error that says his mini launcher failed and re-installing might help. He has re-installed the game and the patch more then 5 times and tryed diff. versions of the game and still cant get in. Does anybody know how to solve this?

my average ms are 1000~1300. sometimes 600, sometimes 2500 lol. but no lag spikes so far.

they cant really "Fix" it all they can do is getting a bigger server with more capacity ..but i dont think thatll happen to soo
