The error was most likely due to the mssql extension not being enabled within php. Instead of fixing the problem, you just bypassed it. Ive never heard of WebServ so I would be careful with it. Chances are it may hold a lot of exploits that could let a hacker into your machine. Just the bug tracker alone is enough to persuade me not to use it. None the less any web server is about as good as the user configuring it.

Webserv work the same way like xampp ther is the same apache and other but Webserve more easy to configure and protect then xampp. If you don't wont to enter in Phpmyadmin just rewrite user from root to other name and enter *** password 14 char like sh53we63rj29kw never enter your name date of bright don't thing just enter and write.

Now i have another problem if i move the TCP/IP DOWN i get this error:

when you run server switch TCP/IP on top when server is running then Switch TCP/IP down thats all or use other register.php from dkunderground.org and download newreg but if you wont use this you must add ODBC. When you add this you don't need switch the TCP/IP always have on top.

And another thing if someone wont use Xampp don't use Xampp 1.7.4 this **** not xampp this **** dont have including many extension like php_mssql.dll and other.

And if you wont use xampp a suggest use older wersion like from 1.6.6 to 1.7.3
