I am from the usa so i cannot. There are like 2 people on this forum that can access it who claim it works and refuse to say what country they are from. If you are not from the usa and you post the link works, please state the country you are in so that people are not confused.I tried to use the IP address he gave me from the internet cafe he was at in Egypt but I haven't got a clue as to which port it is, i used port 80. I am not sure if I can even use this use a proxy. I wasn't able to access the site when i used the ip he gave me with port 80 as proxy. I am wondering if there is another way to use this ip i now have to re-route or something to get access to that web page and ultimately use it to get into the pserver.
Countries it does not work in: USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia
Countries it works in: China, Venezuela, Egypt, England, India
